**After purchase: You will receive an email to the email address provided during checkout, with a questionnaire for your Design. Questionnaire MUST be completed for production to begin, no exceptions. Please complete questionnaire within 1-3 business days to ensure a 7-10 turnaround time for your draft(s).
***If design request exceeds the standard for necessary time and resources: (i.e. requesting multiple logos under one order) You will receive communication regarding an adjustment to your order. If you accept the added cost for additional design elements, payment is due before order is resumed. If you decline the added cost, the artist will discuss changes that can be made to fit within the standard $500 character design cost.

Pieces are created by hand and can not be repurposed once the time and materials have been used to create your piece. For this reason, we ask that you are very thorough in your questionnaire and revision process.
